All purchases of single floats, packages, or membership floats expire one year (365 days) from the day of purchase, and can be redeemed and scheduled at any time during that 365 day period. Purchases can be refunded up to seven (7) days from the date of purchase in the event of a mistake, and redeemed purchases are no longer refundable. Unused purchases and credits (except for Unlimited Memberships) can always be transferred to family and friends, and don’t expire for 365 days, which allows plenty of time for customers to use or gift any purchased items or service credits.

Note: Floats obtained via a Monthly Unlimited membership do not rollover and expire at the end of every billing cycle. If the membership is renewed, new float credits will be put into the member’s account for the current billing cycle. Unlimited Membership floats are not shareable or transferrable.

It is very important that customers be on time for appointments. For first-time customers, please arrive 15-20 minutes early to make sure that the waiver is signed and to receive a brief, one-time demonstration of the float tanks. If a scheduled customer is late, please understand that this session may be shortened to avoid booking conflicts with the next scheduled client/session, but does not necessarily mean that the float needs to be cancelled altogether.

Please call with 24 hour notice if you are unable to show up at the agreed upon appointment time. Any missed appointments where the client scheduled a session but did not make contact with a Floatology representative will be deemed a “no show.” In the event of a “no show,” the customer may either pay a $25 ‘no show’ fee, or alternatively may choose to forfeit a credit that was purchased either via the Floatology online store, or forfeit a float voucher purchased by you or someone else as a gift card or via Groupon. Special circumstances are always considered and should be discussed with Floatology management in the event of a dispute.
